Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location and whether white-glove delivery is selected.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Alvin ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our real-time tracking portal.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Alvin, we prioritize ethical sourcing. Over 70% of our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled materials in our textile collections whenever possible.
